Naturopathic Medicine

As a Naturopathic Doctor, I believe each person and their situation is unique – which is why it is important to create an individualized treatment plan that works best for you. In order to achieve this, I will listen to your current concerns and your past history, find out about your daily lifestyle, and explore other areas which may contribute to your health. This allows me to get to the root of your concern and create a treatment plan using naturopathic therapies such as Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture, Herbal Medicine, Clinical Nutrition, Homeopathy, as well as other alternative modalities. I look forward to working alongside you on your journey to health.

Take a moment to imagine how you would like your life to be. Do you imagine yourself waking up feeling energized and ready to start your day? Do you imagine a day full of less stress, reduced pain, a balanced mood, and healthier choices? And at the end of each day, do you want to reflect positively on your day, and look forward to a restful and restorative sleep? Each day you have the ability to take charge of your health – physically, mentally, and emotionally. My role as a naturopathic doctor is to inspire and support you, as you begin to take this action.

When it comes to your health, I believe that knowledge is power. By following the naturopathic principal “Doctor as Teacher”, I will educate you about your conditions and treatments, so you can continue to work towards your best health everyday.

Early on I decided I wanted to become a doctor. The naturopathic principals of preventative medicine, treating the whole person, and addressing the root cause of disease reflect my belief of medicine.

I enjoy spending my free time with family and friends, being active (athletics, volleyball, tennis, golf, and more!), taking in Saskatoon events, and traveling the world.

I received my Bachelor of Science in Anatomy and Cell Biology at the University of Saskatchewan. I then moved to Toronto where I completed four years of medical training at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, to become a board-certified Naturopathic Doctor. During this time, I completed a twelve-month clinical internship at both the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and Brampton Naturopathic Teaching Clinic. Also during my internship, I worked at Anishnawbe Health Toronto, where I provided naturopathic care within the Aboriginal community.
