I have practiced as a registered massage therapist in Saskatoon since 1998, after graduating from McKay School of Massage and Hydrotherapy with a diploma with honours and an award of excellence.

My massage style is directly complimentary to the needs of your body whether it be through deep tissue massage techniques or the lighter side of relaxation where you can relax and let go. I tailor your treatment plan to your individual health history, treatment goals and needs.

I do not limit my massage therapy style to any particular condition. I have a lot of experience and success helping people to reduce pain in their lives. With my history of working closely with Chiropractors and Physiotherapists for the past 17 years, I have gained extensive knowledge and expertise in finding solutions for many acute and chronic conditions. Stress, Headaches, Back & Neck pain, Whiplash, Sciatica, Strains/Sprains, Insomnia to name a few. I strive to find and treat the root cause behind your apparent symptoms, and I am always up for a challenge.

I believe in a connection between client and therapist, built on mutual trust to help facilitate the therapeutic benefits of your treatment.

I am a firm believer in being proactive and taking personal responsibility for your own health. I believe this, in part, is what has prompted you to seek massage therapy as part of your healthcare regime. I encourage everyone to live an active lifestyle which includes exercise and stretching, and I look forward to helping you find the activities that are suitable for any conditions you may have.

I also believe in a multi­disciplinary approach to health care. Although massage therapy goes a long way to improve a multitude of conditions I am not so bias to believe it is the only nor the most appropriate solution in all cases. If I or you feel that massage therapy alone is not helping you, I will gladly refer you to other practitioners.

Outside of work as a massage therapist, I live an active and busy life. Although I have not yet had success in conceiving a child of my own, I feel there are many other ways to share the joys of life with those closest to you. Between my husband and myself we have 16 nieces and nephews whom we don’t get to see nearly enough but adore just the same.

I find peace and joy in the creative arts. By no means would I consider myself an artists, but I do love to lose myself in creativity whether it be behind the camera or following up the photo sessions with my nieces and nephews in the paper art world of scrapbooking.

For the past many years I have been an active participant in the triathlon world, both as a participant and as a learn­to­tri coach. You can find me as a registered participant in many charity runs or bike rides throughout the city and province. Like many others, I have a love/hate relationship with exercise, especially running, but I have found that challenging myself, for me, not for the time clock statistic has given me more rewards than I could have ever imagined. As I am not immune to the struggles of finding balance in my life my current goal is to find my Zen on the yoga mat.

During a session you will be fully covered with a table sheet/blanket, only the area of your body that is being worked on is uncovered. Before and after the session, you will undress and dress in complete privacy.
